President William Ruto will meet with Lang’ata Member of Parliament Jalang’o on Tuesday, February 7, at State House Nairobi.
Nine Orange Democratic Movement MPs, including Jalang’o, were invited to State House for the breakfast meeting.
After the early morning discussion, the Lang’ata congressman said that he had advocated for the advancement of his constituents and the government’s top priorities.

The contractor has already started working on the project, and an additional Sh50 million has been found to finish the TVET, according to Jalang’o.
Tom Ojienda (Kisumu), Shakeel Shabir (Kisumu Town East), Caroli Omondi (Suba South), Elisha Odhiambo (Gem), Gideon Ochanda (Bondo), and Mark Nyamita were among the other ODM lawmakers present at the meeting (Uriri).
President Ruto stated in a statement that in order to overcome the issues facing our nation, leaders must band together, promote harmony, and collaborate.
Additionally, he mocked Ruto for singling out the Kenyatta family, accusing him of applying double standards when it comes to taxation and asserting that the actual tax thieves and corruption lords are found in government.
Another set of opposition MPs from the Jubilee Party, a member of the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance, were recently met by the head of state.
The meeting, which was attended by the MPs Sabina Chege, Kanini Kega, David Kiaraho, Irene Njoki, Zachary Kwenya, Shadrack Mwiti, Mark Mwenje, Amos Mwago, Daniel Karitho, Stanley Muthama, and Joseph Githuku, was centered on the significance of creating a larger and better team that can cooperate to successfully pursue the agenda of the Kenyan people.
President Ruto underlined the need for inclusivity and togetherness in his words in order to advance the nation.
He declared, “We cannot advance our nation by leaving others behind.”
The chief of state continued, “We must create a bigger and better team that will cooperate to successfully pursue the agenda of the people of Kenya.
The MPs, who serve a variety of constituencies across the nation, presented their perspectives on the difficulties and chances that each of their regions faces.
They also talked about how the government might cooperate to address these problems and enhance Kenyans’ quality of life.
