Twitter is buzzing with mentions to the teen rapper Trio Mio as Education CS Ezekiel Machogu reveals the KCSE results for 2022.
As they impatiently await the results of his KCSE examinations, Kenyans on Twitter (KOT) have made Trio the most popular topic on their platform.
His mother, Irma Sofia Sakwa, urged KOT to stop being a troll and to maintain composure in an interview with Nairobi News, implying that her son had done well.
She remarked, “I don’t know why my son is getting so much bogus attention on Twitter.
She said that Trio’s social media channels would announce the results.
Ambia KOT watulie (Tell KOT to chill and relax). The findings are being printed and will be made available to you soon. Guys, remain composed. Stop publishing the lies and nonsense about my son, she commanded.
Trio recently stated that he will not be concerned about his grade once the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) results are made public.
Dimba sijawaikuwa starting team, mbuku sishiki nothing in, but kitu inaitwa mziki mimi ni mwalimu mkuu na marking scheme,” he raps in the 2-minute video.
“Ka topic ni success niko na A kwa school of life, ile KNEC watanipea haitawai determine food ya mine…”
He goes on to rap; “Nyi wote mngekuwa na A mngekuwa ma civil engineer, mnapigania kuget position mtoi wa mkuu anaorganiziwa.”
