Zuku, a provider of entertainment and communication services, has addressed concerns their consumers have about internet access.
They have been receiving criticism for months due to what many have deemed to be subpar services.
The company claimed that the hiccup had been brought on by sporadic downtime on its network and that it would have an impact on the internet service offered by Zuku.
“Zuku Fiber’s network is occasionally suffering outages in specific locations, which could have an impact on the services’ quality.
The statement from Zuku Fiber management said in part, “Our teams are striving to restore services in the impacted area as soon as feasible.
Following are Kenyans’ complaints about Zuku’s services.
@EngElly254: This has been going on since December 25. How little time do you need to work on it? Excuses are tumechoka. Will you truly be able to restore services if you can’t after two weeks? Do you give thought to your customers?
@Eunicekaihura: How are we supposed to function if this keeps occurring daily? Very depressing.
@mwangi jr: This has been going on since the holiday. You continue to make the same claims! You’ll lose a ton of clients!
@Hape Le Hape: You’ve been saying the same thing for THREE DAYS?
@DenzelVincentA1: I pay too much money to use your internet for just one week in a month, manze nyi watu hamko serious.
@WenzyCaren:Mimi Nimechoka. I tweet more than five times every day, and the internet is awful! I only use your net for 10 days a month. I’m using it for the last time this month.
@nyagaka sonya: Zuku Net occasionally experiences glitches, downtime or no downtime. I’ve fought long enough, and soon everything will change. I’m worn out.
