Andrew Kibe, a content creator, has given his reasons for leaving Kiss FM.
The controversial content producer revealed that women forced him to leave radio by posting a video of himself in the studio surrounded by women on his Instagram page.
In June 2019, Andrew Kibe and Kamene Goro joined Kiss FM.
A year later, he left the station without saying much. Kibe claims that his relationship with women and his professional environment turned toxic.
“When I was in the radio, I used to feel like my masculinity was running away. It is like I was losing my manhood,” he said.
Kibe asserted that when men and women remain together, men favor the behavior of the women more.
“When you live with women, you start feeling like and acting like a woman. Women don’t change but you as a man start flowing into women’s plans.”
When they both worked together, Kibe used to spend most of his free time with Kamene, his co-host.
He claimed that he had made the decision to leave in order to rediscover himself.
“I was hanging out with women all the time and I asked myself what kind of energy am I allowing in my life?” he said.
“I was like I am dying and losing myself. I woke up one day and said no, this is too much noise, and that is how I sent a resignation letter and said I could not do more of that. When I left, I started thinking about myself, but I was a mess.”
According to Kamene, Kibe believed she would have also resigned at that time in a recent chat with bloggers.
Kamene asserted that Kibe invented a feud between them that never existed and expressed confusion about why he included her in the fray on his podcasts.
She said that Kibe’s relentless criticism and raking her name up for YouTube views were to blame for her breakup with him.
“I have never reached out to him…I have this policy in life, I have nothing to respond to him about, I have no intention of reaching out to him.”
